		<description>Good information, thank you.

A follow up question, if I may: how do I change where on disk vugen.exe will try to create the (temporary) files and directory to write all these files?

At this point, I&#039;m on a rather restricted Windows box where vugen.exe is installed on
C:\Program Files\Mercury\LoadRunner\bin\vugen.exe

I am not able to write to anywhere on C:, instead I would like to have vugen.exe write to somewhere on the network drive H:.

When trying to start a new script (recording) I get a message:
Failed to create the directory for the new Vuser script

Any ideas where I can make vugen.exe save to H:\bla\ha instead? I&#039;ve been looking among the LoadRunner installation&#039;s files (mainly .ini), in the Registry, environment variables ... no luck!

  Cheers,
  Klaus</description>

		<description>Hey Charlie,

I&#039;ve been poking around looking at various tutorials and hints, and this is the best laid out, most informative little guide yet. That tip about Zipping run-time files is priceless!

Thank you for taking the time to post this :-)
